Frequently asked questions

What is your sourcing policy?

Every research claim links to a primary source. We don't cite secondary blogs, we don't attach invented percentages to real studies, and where a finding is contested we say so.

Do you publish your own research?

No. We haven't run a controlled trial of Lumin, so we don't claim one. The research here concerns the underlying mechanisms, not our product.
